Honey-Garlic Grilled Chops
Ingredients
- 4 uncooked lean boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick, trimmed (3.5 oz each)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp dry sherry
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, sherry and garlic in a large resealable plastic bag; add chops, seal bag and gently shake to coat. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
- Prepare grill to medium-high heat. Remove chops from marinade (discard marinade). Grill chops over direct heat, turning occasionally, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145°F, about 10 to 12 minutes, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
