Banana Blueberry Smoothies from Daisy Brand®

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Daisy Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries, unthawed
  • 1 medium banana, cut in chunks
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender container and cover.
  2. Blend on High for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Tip: for a less thick smoothie, try adding an additional ¼ cup of milk (not included in PointsPlus® value).
