Mango Ginger Ice Cream from Daisy Brand®

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Daisy Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped ginger root
  • 3/4 cup diced mango

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart or larger ice cream maker. Freeze according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  3. For harder ice cream, freeze for 2 to 3 hours before serving in an air-tight plastic container.
