Cooking with Kids: Chocolate with Jacques Torres

At Jacques Torres Chocolate, the master himself shows how top-notch chocolate is made, from beans to bars. Decked out in hairnets, the kids make their own confections.
Why chocolate? Because treats are essential, and the real lesson is about moderation and good choices. A little bit of something delicious – think dark chocolate, which contains less sugar and more cocoa solids than milk chocolate – goes a long way.
