Perfect Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- ½ cup non-fat Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ¾ cup whole milk
- Cooking spray
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup blueberries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl, whisk together egg, Chobani and milk.
- Add yogurt mixture to flour mixture and use a wooden spoon to combine lightly.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat with cooking spray and pour about ¼ cup of batter onto pan for each pancake. Cook until edges set and bubbles appear on surface, about 2 minutes. Flip to brown other side.
- Transfer to a large plate and repeat with remaining batter. Serve with maple syrup and berries.
Serving Size: 2 pancakes, 1 tablespoon syrup and 1 tablespoon blueberries per serving
