Mushroom & Chicken Fajita Flatout® Flatbread Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 Flatout® Light Flatbread
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 3 oz. fresh white button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 3 oz. cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. salsa
Instructions
- In large skillet, heat olive oil over med-high heat.
- Add mushrooms and onions.
- Sauté until mushroom liquid has evaporated, about 5 minutes.
- Divide salsa over Flatout®.
- Layer chicken, mushrooms and onions at one rounded end of FLATOUT®.
- Roll, cut and Enjoy!
