This exercise works your butt, thighs and calves.
Step 1
Hold a dumbbell in each hand and stand facing a bench.
(Not sure how much weight to use?)
Step 2
Inhale, and as you exhale, step up onto the bench with one foot and bring the second foot up to match it.
Step 3
Step down with the second foot, followed by the first. Repeat starting with the opposite foot first.
