Your job requires a lot of dining out, all expenses paid. How do you incorporate this perk into your plan?
I try to eat light at breakfast and lunch so I can get whatever I want at dinner.
I plan ahead. I ask around for restaurants that serve healthier fare, and I think about what Ill order before I even go.
I dont keep track of
PointsPlus
values on the days I eat out. Its too hard.

You have "exercise before work" penciled into your planner for tomorrow. But then a co-worker asks you to come in early for a breakfast meeting. What do you say?
"How about we do it over lunch instead? I have plans in the morning."
"How about I bring bagels?"
"Well, I was supposed to exercise, but … "
