Step 1
Lie flat on a mat with your feet and knees slightly apart. Let your feet drop out to the sides and move your arms away from your sides, palms facing upwards. Keep your chin slightly tucked into your chest.
Step 2
Concentrate on deep abdominal breathing as you allow your body—and your mind—to completely relax.
