Even if you’re the oatmeal-and-apple-every-day type, you might learn a thing or two from our handy guide to the most important meal of the day. If you tend to switch up your breakfasts, you’ll see how tiny swaps can make a big difference when it comes to your Daily PointsPlus Allowance.
