I'm not a nutritionist, I'm just hungry, and my insane love of food kept me struggling with an extra 15 to 20 pounds for most of my life. A complete food makeover and shift in my mindset helped me drop that weight. My desire to control EVERYTHING (and my love of cute pants) keeps me on track, weight-wise.

Hungry Girl (HG) is born
While speeding toward a food lab, an hour away from my house, to have the caloric counts of some so-called "guilt-free" pastries tested, I realized I was, well, "different." After finding out those treats had twice as many calories as I thought they did, I knew I needed to find a way to help dieters on a grand scale. And so Hungry-Girl.com was born. Now I get to share my food finds, tips, tricks, reviews and recipes with hundreds of thousands of people every day.

Biggest Weakness: French Fries

Food Eaten Most Often: Sushi

Favorite Guilt-Free Indulgence: Vitalicious VitaTops

Secret Weapon: Fiber One (for guilt-free faux frying!)

What I love best about Hungry Girl: Helping people—and all the food I get to taste!

Biggest Challenge: All that food!

My column will&133
