Slicing and Chopping Bell Pepper


Step 1
Starting with a washed pepper, place it upright on your work surface, steadying it by holding onto the stem, if it has one.

Step2
Use your knife to slice off the “lobes” of the pepper, lengthwise. This eliminates unnecessary membranes and seeds very easily.

Step 3
From here, slice the pepper into strips, julienne or dice.
